Dear User,
Steps to follow to apply for Change of Date of Birth:-
1. Visit Sarathi website
2. Select a concerned state
3. Click on "Services on driving license" from the "Apply Online" menu
4. Fill up the application form
5. Take an appointment
6. Visit RTO on the scheduled date with original documents.
Note: This service is available in some states only.
For any additional service(e.g. Change of address, Duplicate, etc.), you can select it from the services menu.
